We do not currently sell or ship physical products. However, in preparation for future product offerings, we want to make our return policy clear:


All sales are final.

Due to the nature of custom and/or limited-run items that may be offered in the future, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds unless a product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery. If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at syztattooing@gmail.com with your order details and photo evidence.

For our Scottsdale, AZ studio, you can book directly through our website, where you’ll find inquiry forms for each artist. Owners Jesse and Sydney also visit Chalfont periodically, and their availability is announced via the waitlist. Sign up for the Chalfont waitlist on our website, and we’ll notify you when appointments open.

Are consultations available before getting a tattoo?

Yes, we offer consultations via email for both our Scottsdale and Chalfont locations to discuss your design ideas, placement, and any questions you may have. We recommend giving as much detail via email for custom designs to ensure your vision is perfectly captured.
What should I expect during my tattoo session at Syzygy?

At Syzygy Precision Tattooing, we prioritize a comfortable and professional experience. Our studios in Scottsdale and Chalfont maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Your artist will review your design, discuss placement, and ensure you’re at ease throughout the process. Sessions typically last 1-4 hours, depending on the complexity of the tattoo. Aftercare product and instructions will be provided to you to ensure optimal healing.

Yes, owners Jesse and Sydney frequently visit our Chalfont, PA studio to tattoo, though their sessions are in high demand. They split their time between our Scottsdale, AZ and Chalfont locations. To get tattooed by either of them in Chalfont, sign up for the waitlist at www.syzygytattooing.com, and we’ll notify you when their next availability opens.
