SYZYGY Academy

By enrolling in a SYZYGY Academy course, training, masterclass, mentorship, or educational program, you acknowledge and agree to the following cancellation and refund terms.

All Sales Are Final

All payments made to SYZYGY Academy are non-refundable. This includes deposits, partial payments, payment-plan installments, and payments made in full.

Once payment is submitted, your spot is reserved and SYZYGY Academy begins preparing for your training. Because our programs have limited availability and may require customized curriculum, scheduling, models, supplies, and other advance preparation, refunds will not be issued for cancellations, changes of plans, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or inability to attend.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your training or are unable to attend, any payments already made will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Failure to attend your scheduled training without prior communication will be considered a cancellation and will result in forfeiture of all payments.

Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 14 days before your scheduled training date.

Approved rescheduling requests may transfer payments already made to one new training date, subject to SYZYGY Academy availability.

Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the scheduled training date are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of payments.

Each enrollment is eligible for one reschedule only. If the rescheduled training is canceled or needs to be moved again, a new enrollment and payment may be required.

Travel & Related Expenses

Students are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation, airfare, accommodations, meals, and other travel-related expenses.

SYZYGY Academy is not responsible for reimbursement of travel expenses, including expenses resulting from a student's cancellation, rescheduling, delayed travel, missed flights, weather, or other circumstances outside of SYZYGY Academy's control.

We strongly recommend purchasing refundable travel arrangements or travel insurance when traveling for an in-person training.

Payment Plans & Financing

Choosing a payment plan or third-party financing option does not change this policy. All amounts paid toward a SYZYGY Academy enrollment remain subject to the no-refund policy.

Any remaining payment obligations are subject to the terms agreed to at the time of enrollment and, when applicable, the policies of the third-party payment provider.

Cancellation by SYZYGY Academy

In the unlikely event that SYZYGY Academy must cancel or reschedule a training, students will be given the option to transfer their enrollment to a new available date.

If SYZYGY Academy permanently cancels a program and is unable to provide a reasonable alternative date, payments made directly to SYZYGY Academy for the affected training will be refunded.

SYZYGY Academy is not responsible for airfare, accommodations, transportation, lost income, or other expenses incurred by the student.

Agreement

By submitting payment and enrolling in SYZYGY Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation & No-Refund Policy.

SYZYGY Academy reserves the right to update its policies as necessary. The policy in effect at the time of enrollment will apply to that enrollment.
