Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your appointment and is non-refundable. In some cases, one reschedule may carry your deposit forward if our policy requirements are met.

Yes — many pieces begin with your ideas or reference imagery, and your artist will refine the design with you.

Touch-ups are available in accordance with studio policy. Reach out to your artist directly to schedule one.

In-Person Training is a private, 2-on-1 hands-on program (1-Day or 2-Day) held at our Scottsdale studio. The Online Masterclass is a 1-hour live virtual session with a live model demonstration and real-time Q&A, held monthly with a new model each time.

Yes — all SYZYGY Academy programs, both in-person and online, require participants to be 18 or older.

$500 per person. Registration includes the full live session and real-time Q&A with Sydney and Jesse.

No — the Masterclass is held live only and is not recorded, so plan to attend the full hour. If you miss a session, you're welcome to register for the next available date.

In-Person Training follows our full Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on the Academy page. Online Masterclass registrations are non-refundable, though we'll do our best to move your registration to a future session if you have a scheduling conflict.
